The Department of Environmental Science, USoVSAS, GBU is all set to celebrate Earth Day-2024 on the 22nd of April at the International Convention Centre, Gautam Buddha University. The program will include a Plenary Session presided by the Hon. Vice Chancellor, GBU Prof. R. K. Sinha. Dr. A. Arunachalam, Director, ICAR-CAFRI, Jhansi who shall deliberate on the “Multidimensional Applications of Agroforestry for the well-being of Planet Earth”. The event also includes an insightful Panel Discussion “Beyond the Horizon: Changing Dynamics of Career Trends in Environmental Education” aimed to inspire the young aspiring minds about new and alternate career opportunities. Among other interesting activities, this event, additionally, shall provide a platform to the Alumni of the Department to share their success stories. The guests will also have an excellent opportunity to witness the technological advancements and get a chance to acquaint themselves with latest books related to Environmental Science at the exhibition stalls from eminent organizations.
