A one-day seminar-cum-workshop on “Creative Writing in the Literary Realms” was organized by the Department of English and Modern European Languages, Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida on 24 th April, 2023. The seminar-cum-workshop aimed at imparting aesthetic and technical knowledge related to creative writing and creativity in general. Professor Ujjwal Jana from University of Delhi delivered the engaging key note address elaborating on creative impulses in the form of poetry, epic and fiction. The chief guest Professor Anu Shukla from Ch Devi Lal University, Haryana, elaborated on the importance of embellishment as part of creative activity in her speech. She also emphasized on the positive use of emerging technologies in creative writing.
